Capo is still on 3rd if you look.2nd fret can be an E or an F, so it really doesnt matter because the third fret can also be anï»¿ E.

Well it did take a certain amount of something after freaking out the crowd which was a few thousand when he went electric.It also took something toï»¿ walk off the stage at Newport after this song and not return to the city for 37 years.Thanks, Bob, they didn’t make two of ya.
