I love Bob Dylan, and appreciate the antiqiuty of this song, but I have to be objective. This song is awful. God on our side, hard rain is gonna fall, spanish boots of spanish leather, It takes a lot to laugh, it takes a train to cry. These are songs that move me. I truley appreciate Dylans connection with Woody Guthrie, but man this song bites.

Not a true Dylan fan. You cant even get the names to his songs correct. It’s “Boots of Spanish Leather” not Spanish Boots of Spanish Leather. This guy!! HA!

This song goes back to the days of the wild west. The True name of this song is Buffalo Skinners. You can find this song on The Greatest Songs of Woody Guthrie first on record vinyl for 50 plus years. You have to special order this cd. You can walk 100miles in any diection and not find it. Woody Guthrie was a major influence for Bob Dylan.
