Dylan World

im wanting to by tickets to the bob dylan, willie nelson, and john mellencamp concert in louisville kentucky, but were not real sure what the seating is going to be like. under section and row it says GA im assuming that means general admission. am i correct? also for those of you who are either going to this concer or familar with louisville slugar field, would those be good seats?
and i would love any other info you could give me?
