Cover of “The Times They Are A-Changing”?On the radio the other day, I heard of the cover of Dylan’s “The Times They Are A-Changing”. I cannot, however, for the life of me, figure out who sang it. I’m positive that it was a female voice, and I do not believe it was Joan Baez (I listened to her version, and it just didn’t seem right). Any thoughts?
